OSWESTRY SOCIAL CYCLING FOR OVER 50's

Starting in late September, Shropshire Cycle Hub will be offering a series of free social cycling group rides. An opportunity to get cycling, meet and ride with other local cyclists, stay active and enjoy nature and the outdoors whilst connecting with other people. We'll have cafe stops to reward ourselves and to get to know each other.

No competition, just fun.

There'll be

- Bike maintenance review

- opportunities to refresh bike handling skills or get training

- Winter cycling film night

Taster session to meet ride leader and volunteers
Short gentle rides on traffic free routes if possible
Maintenance session for basic bike repairs
Bicycles provided if required
Coffee and cake at a local café to finish
