The Process
We aim to service your bike within a couple of days, but depending on how busy we are and mechanic/parts availability this process can sometimes take up to two weeks.
Depending on your circumstance we may be able to offer some discount on sales and servicing.
For our fully funded and free to the customer Bike Doctors and Bike kitchens please see our Social Media pages or email the Hub for dates.. These are subject to availibility.
1 / Free Assessment
Bring your bike to us and book it in for a free assessment. This is a 15 min full check of the bike to identify any problems and come up with a list of jobs that need doing.
2 / Job List and Estimate
We will email you the list of jobs and the estimated cost of the service and wait for your permission to go ahead with the service.
3 / The Service
Once you have given permission will go through with the agreed work and email you when the bike is ready for collection
4 / Collection and Payment
When you come to collect your bike we will talk you through the work thats been carried out and let you know any advisories. Payment is cash or card on collection
